You are very important to me, and I am working hard to make sure that there are no more breaks in my schedule of articles to be posted.

The past month has been rather a challenge for time, due to Easter, Spring Break and some big conferences. These events brought a lot of work and meant that I was working long hours, starting very early in the morning.

I am spending today working on an action plan to get back on track, as well as planning and writing articles. The next article in the series on Leadership will deal with communication.

My action plan also includes some strategies to keep up to date when another wave of high activity hits.
